Dr. Federici is pleased to announce the Russian and Ukrainian Private Adoption Project.
The project will provide adoption services in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Dr. Federici has extensive experience with orphanages in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. He also has seven adopted children of his own.
Dr. Federici will oversee each adoption personally.
